Terms and Conditions: AND NOW FOR THE ONLY BORING BIT OF PuppySchool.dog: Should classes be not able to go ahead for reasons outside of our control you will be fully refunded. Any pup that engages in our Puppy Pre-School their health and safety is our priority, therefore we recommend you limit interactions to only the puppies within class and to notify us if your puppy is unwell eg). lethargy, coughing, vomiting, diarrhoea, ect. Please follow the advice of your veterinarian in regards to when they can be safely taken outside. Proof of vaccinations are required at booking. We would love to accommodate the whole family to attend however due to limited space there is a strict limit of 2 people per puppy. You may rotate attendees each week. For PUPPY PRESCHOOL children must be of school age and be able to remain seated for the duration of the course. As difficult as it is, children need to be able to refrain from touching puppies other than their own. Should you turn up with extra family members to class they will unfortunately be turned away at the door. This is for best experience and outcome for all pups. Your pup must be 15 weeks or under at the commencement of the course. If when paperwork is submitted, and your puppy is older than this your payment will be refunded less a $40 admin fee. Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation made more than 5 days prior to class commencement will result in a full refund minus the admin fee of $40.00. Cancellations less than 5 days prior to course commencing will not be refunded. Should something come up and you not be able to attend one night we advise that you send another family member in your place. Every class is different and benefits your pups development. If no one is able to bring your pup to the missed class you can arrive 10mins early the following week for a brief catch up, this however cannot be facilitated at the final week of the course (week 3).
